Introduction of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10
The Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10 battle is here for the performance enthusiasts out there, it’s the Demensity 9400e vs the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Now whether you want to know about the build, the display, the battery, the software, the network performance or even the cameras, every single answer will be there in this Article. So don’t forget to read it till the end.
Design and Build Quality of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10

First thing that stands out when you take a look at the design of both these phones is the fact that they look like their elder flagship siblings. For example the Realme GT7 looks like the Realme GT7 Pro and the Iqoo Neo 10 looks like the Iqoo 13. Why? Because of their camera modules.
One thing I do like about the design of the Realme GT7 is definitely that accented colour button and that accents also run around the camera module. So, overall, when you look at the design, I feel like the design is slightly more elevated on the Realme GT7 compared to the Iqoo Neo 10.
Display Comparison of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10
When you talk about the displays, both have the same flat 6.78″ AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution. As for the refresh rate, the Realme GT7 can go up to 120 Hz whereas the IQOO Neo 10 can go up to 144 Hz. But 144 Hz will be available only in certain games.
Both also offer variable refresh rate and they can switch between 60, 90, 120 depending on the content that’s playing on the screen. During our testing, we noticed one thing very clearly: the Iqoo Neo 10’s display seems to be much better than the Realme GT7’s.
Performance comparison of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10

The Realme GT7 has the Dimensity 9400E. It’s a MediaTek chipset, and the Iqoo Neo 10 has a Snapdragon 8S Gen 4. Both these are very fresh off the oven. These are two of the first phones to get these chipsets in India.
When it comes to synthetic benchmarks, the Realme GT7 definitely performs better than the Icon Neo 10 because what you get is higher AnTuTu score and higher Geekbench score.
CPU and GPU Stability of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10
When you look at the CPU stability, the IQOO Neo 10 has slightly better CPU stability compared to the Realme GT7, but it’s not too much of a difference. But in GPU stability, the Dimensity 9400E is definitely more stable compared to the IQOO Neo 10.
This means if you’re playing something that is more graphically intensive—no, I’m not talking about BGMI or COD Mobile or even Genshin Impact for that matter—these chipsets can handle those games with ease.
But if you’re doing emulation, then the IQOO Neo 10 will not be able to sustain as much performance as the Realme GT7 can.
Thermals and Gaming comparison of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10

The other advantage with the Realme GT7 is that you get a vapor cooling chamber and a graphene sheet on top of the battery, which ensures that it doesn’t get as hot as most other phones. It runs very cool—much cooler than most other gaming phones we’ve tested.
It’s not like the Iqoo Neo 10 gets hot—in fact, the Iqoo Neo 10 also runs very cool—but it’s not as cool as the Realme GT7.
So overall, the Realme GT7 is more oriented towards gamers who game a lot, while the Iqoo Neo 10 may suit those who prefer short bursts of high-performance gaming.
Network and Connectivity
Network capabilities on both are fantastic. We had no problem even with the terrible Jio network over here. 5G performance is good. You get support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC on both.
Battery and Charging comparison of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10
When we looked at the battery performance of the 7,000 mAh battery inside these phones, the iqoo Neo 10 seems to give slightly better screen-on time—about half an hour more—compared to the Realme GT7.
It’s not too much of a difference and depends on what you’re actually using on your phone. But there’s one distinctive advantage with the charger you get with the Icon Neo 10: it’s a proper GaN charger with a Type-C to Type-C cable, and it can even charge a MacBook.
Camera comparison of Realme GT7 vs Iqoo Neo 10
Now, the camera setup Realme GT7 has better camera specs. You get a 50MP primary camera, 50MP 2x telephoto, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 32MP selfie camera. In comparison, the Iqoo Neo 10 has only two cameras on the rear: a 50MP primary, 8MP ultra-wide, and a 32MP selfie camera.
Now, we don’t judge cameras by specs—we actually test photos. One problem with Realme is that it tends to oversharpen a lot. While the primary camera has a larger sensor, the oversharpening is definitely an eyesore.
At 100% crop, I would definitely pick the Iqoo Neo 10 over the Realme GT7. However, since the Realme GT7 has a dedicated 50MP 2x telephoto camera, the images have more details in daylight and even in low light.
